Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to [email protected]. Describe in detail what the problems is. Please be advised. Any costs incurred for returning the goods are at the buyer’s expense. Make sure your returned item packaged properly and make sure you get a receipt for your shipping cost. 

Also, you encounter any problem other than incorret use of your product or wear and tear, you can send your product to me within 24 months and have it repaired or replaced.

If your complaint is reasonable, your shipping charges will be refunded to you.

Please note that customised and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
